Full access to the VC Comms Forum on November 6, including catering throughout the day, plus post conference drinks/ apéritif.
Travel and accommodations are not included.
I have dietary restrictions.
Can these be accommodated?
Yes! Please let us know about any dietary restrictions or allergies when you register on Luma, or email us directly at sofia@cosmycpartners.io. We’ll make sure the dinner on November 5 and the catering during the forum on November 6 work for you.
How will I connect with
other attendees?
You’ll have plenty of opportunities to meet people at the dinner and during the forum itself. After the event, we’ll also share contact details (with permission) so you can stay in touch with anyone who opts in.
Who is this event for?
Who should I recommend it to?
The forum is designed for professionals working in the VC industry, particularly those in communications, marketing, platform, investor relations, and international relations roles. If you have peers or friends in these areas, this is the right community for them.
How do I get there?
If you’re flying Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER) is your best bet. It’s the city’s main international airport and well connected to the city center. From BER, it’s about a 45-minute drive or train ride to most central locations where the forum events will take place. If you arrive by train at Berlin Central Station (Hauptbahnhof), you’ll find yourself right in the heart of the city. From there, most venues are just a short taxi or public transport ride away. S-Bahn and U-Bahn lines connect you quickly to every major district, and you’ll reach the forum locations within 15–20 minutes depending on where you’re headed.
How late can I register?
As long as spots are still available on Luma, you can sign up – deadline is October 20. Just keep in mind that capacity is limited, and the event fills up quickly.
What should I wear?
November in Berlin brings colder and sometimes unpredictable weather – so layers are your friend. We encourage a “Berlin Business Casual” vibe at the forum, think sharp but comfortable, so you can focus on learning and connecting while staying warm. A nice jacket or coat will definitely come in handy for getting around the city.
Who do I contact with questions
during my stay in Berlin?
During the forum, Sofia (sofia@cosmycpartners.io) will be your go-to person for anything you need on-site.
